QC Book Club

Here you will find links to the books I’ve listed on this website or within other posts. You will also find suggestions for other books I’ve read and links to find me on other reading and information sites.

About the Book Club

THIS book club you can do…because you do it only if you want to and only if you have time and no one is going to check up on you unless you want them to! Right now we are reading one of these two books (I’m reading both…I have a tendency to do that for some reason. I have another audio book in my car!)

These are not affiliate links, an I do not get a kick-back for your click.  They are just pointing you to Amazon to find the book.

Having a Mary Spirit (Allowing God to Change Us From the Inside Out) by Joanna Weaver  “You long to serve God with grace and strength, to reflect Christ in every word and action. Yet you find yourself continually struggling to bring that vision to life in your daily walk.”  This author, “directs your gaze past your own shortcomings to the God who stands ready, willing, and able to make a mew woman out of you.”

Lean Forward Into Your Life (Begin each day as if it were on purpose) by Mary Anne Radmacher “A memoir of betrayal and self-discovery…a gorgeous and inspiring account of how we are born to be warriors; strong, powerful, and brave; able to confront the pain and claim the love that exists for us all.”

Email me at writedee@homemail.com if you are reading one of these books also! We can talk about it.

Past Lovelies

Again, these are not affiliate links, and I do not get a kick-back for your click.

Martha by Diana Wallis Taylor  “This touching, well-researched portrayal of Martha of Bethany, sister of Mary and Lazarus, unveils the woman within the Bible character.”

Love Warrior by Glennon Doyle “A memoir of betrayal and self-discovery…a gorgeous and inspiring account of how we are born to be warriors; strong, powerful, and brave; able to confront the pain and claim the love that exists for us all.”

The Bible I’m Using for Study

The Everyday Life Bible, by Joyce Meyer

Everyday Life Bible by Joyce Meyer
Check out prices here.

I like how large the print is in this version and it’s nice to use it along with other bibles.  I like to collect different styles just to see the extra information and insights. Joyce Meyer gives some interesting insight in this version.
